Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH) announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2017 will be available today on the Company's website at http://www.pathinvestmentsplc.com and that the Notice of General Meeting has been posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on 29 June 2018 at the offices of Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU.
