DG Innovate (LSE: DGI), the advanced research and development company pioneering sustainable and environmentally considerate improvements to electric mobility and energy storage, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 8 November 2022 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2AT.
