Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH) , the energy and natural resources investment company, announces that it received notification that on 16 June 2020 Tommaso Corrado, a Director of the Company, transferred 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Swerve Energy Ventures Limited, an entity beneficially owned by Mr Corrado at a price of 0.75 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Mr Corrado remains unchanged.
