Further re Application for Lifting of Suspension

Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH), the energy and natural resources investment company, announces that further to the announcement made on 12 June 2020 the Company remains in discussions with the FCA regarding the application to lift the current suspension of Path's ordinary shares from the standard segment of the Official List of the FCA and from trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.  Given these ongoing discussions the resumption of trading of the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange will not now occur on 23 June 2020 as previously anticipated.

Completion of the Fundraising announced on 12 June 2020 is conditional, inter alia, upon admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the standard segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company hopes to resolve the outstanding technical matters with the FCA shortly and further updates will be announced as appropriate.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meanings as set out in the Company's announcement of its proposed fundraising and application for lifting of suspension dated 12 June 2020.
