Result of General Meeting

Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH), is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today ("GM") all resolutions proposed to the meeting (the "Resolutions") were duly passed on a poll.

Following the passing of the Resolutions the Company can confirm, inter alia, that subject to Admission occurring the acquisition of DG Innovate Limited and the proposed Subscription will be completed. It is expected that Admission will occur with the Company's Enlarged Share Capital admitted to the Standard Listing segment of the Official List and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 8 April 2022 under the TIDM "DGI".

An application will be made for the Company's name to be changed to DG Innovate plc from 8 April 2022.
