Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH), the energy and natural resources investment company, announces in compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules") that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 2,029,463,802 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in issue, which includes 357,142 shares held in treasury, and all of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights.

The figure of 2,029,463,802 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
