• Channel for question solicitation: investors may submit their questions via e-mail to the investors relations mailbox of the Company (ir@orientsec.com.cn) prior to 23:59 on Monday, August 30, 2021. 東方證券股份有限公司 (the “ Company ”) will answer the questions of common concern to investors at online briefing on the 2021 interim results (the “ Briefing ”).

The Company proposes to disclose the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended June 30, 2021 on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (https://www.hkexnews.hk) on August 27, 2021. In order to let the investors have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding on the operating conditions of the Company, the Company will convene the Briefing through internet real-time broadcasting and answer the questions which are of common concern to the investors.
