Acquisition of Sofology

Further to the announcements on 3 August 2017 and 20 November 2017, DFS confirms the legal completion of the acquisition of Sofology Limited ("Sofology") for an initial debt-free, cash-free enterprise value of £25m.  Any further consideration payable, as referred to in the announcement on 3 August 2017, will be calculated based upon the 12 months ending 30 September 2018.
