DFDS A/S has in week 52 purchased 16,455 own shares for DKK 5.4m as part of the share buyback of DKK 300m launched on 17 August 2017 and expiring latest on 6 February 2018, ref. company announcement no. 53/2017 of 17 August 2017. The accumulated buyback of 701,895 shares for DKK 247.4m amounts to 82.5% of the programme.

Following the purchase, DFDS' holding of own shares is 2,364,598 equal to 4.1% of the total number of shares of 57,000,000.
