DFDS A/S has in week 28 purchased 30,432 own shares for DKK 8.9m as part of the
share buyback programme of DKK 250m launched on 12 February 2016 and expiring
latest on 17 August 2016, ref. company announcement no. 4/2016 of 12 February
2016.

The accumulated share buy-back of 808,089 shares for DKK 209.2m amounts to
83.7% of the programme.

The share buyback programme is organised in compliance with the EU Commission’s
Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 (Safe Harbour regulation for share buybacks).
