With reference to §29 in the Danish Securities Trading Act, Danske Bank has
announced that the Danske Bank Group, including Danica Pension and Danske
Invest FCP, by sale per 10.04.2015 no longer has a holding of voting rights
above 5% of the votes in DFDS A/S.
