ALPHATRANS ACQUISITION COMPLETED

DFDS' acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Dutch company Alphatrans Group BV has been approved by the German competition authority.

The transaction is completed as of today and the Alphatrans Group is consolidated in the DFDS Group likewise from today.
