ROUTE ACQUISITION APPROVED
DFDS' acquisition of the freight and passenger route (ro-pax) between Paldiski, Estonia, and Hanko, Finland has been approved by the Estonian competition authority.
The transaction is expected to be completed with effect as of 1 October 2016.
