Subscription period for private placement extended until 22 July 2015

Cologne, 17 July 2015 - The Board of Management of DF Deutsche Forfait AG
(Prime Standard, ISIN: DE000A14KN88) today decided to extend the
subscription period for the private placement of additional shares issued
as part of the cash capital increase until 22 July 2015 (midnight). Board
members Frank Hock and Mark West will also participate in the private
placement by subscribing a number of shares.

The result of the issue will subsequently be announced by the company as
promptly as practicable.
