DF Deutsche Forfait AG postpones Annual General Meeting and quarterly statement

Gruenwald, 17 May 2018 – DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN share: DE000A2AA204, ISIN bond: DE000A1R1CC4) today decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 4 July 2018 as well as the Q1 quarterly statement scheduled for publication on 31 May 2018. The Management is analyzing the impact of the United States withdrawal from the international nuclear agreement and the response of the other participating countries including the EU on DF Group and its plans and projections. The company’s foreign trade finance operations currently focus on the Near and Middle East, especially Iran. The analysis has not been completed yet. The new dates will be announced as soon as possible.
