Changes in DF Deutsche Forfait AG's marketing office in London

Cologne, 02 September 2015 - The Board of Management of DF Deutsche Forfait
AG (Prime Standard, ISIN: DE000A14KN88) has decided to terminate the
cooperation agreement with its London marketing office with immediate
effect. This team has generated on average around 10% of DF Group's total
business volume for the past three years.

The decision has been taken because DF and the marketing team were not able
to reach an agreement on an adjustment to the compensation system. These
adjustments to the cooperation agreement are an essential component of the
ongoing operative restructuring of the Company. According to the Board of
Management it is necessary to further optimize the performance and the cost
structure to make the company more competitive.

DF would like to thank its former team for the successful cooperation of
the last years and wishes them all the best in its new venture.

The new board member Mark West is taking care of the replacement, and is
currently in discussion with potential candidates to build a new marketing
team in London. The management is confident that this will help the
continued resurgence in a timely manner and to the benefit of all
stakeholders.
