DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Write-down of creditor assets

Grünwald 30 January 2019 – DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN share: DE000A2AA204, ISIN bond: DE000A1R1CC4) has today written down the restructuring portfolio by EUR 1,6 million. The portfolio forms part of the “creditor assets”, which, according to the insolvency plan of DF Deutsche Forfait AG serve to satisfy DF Deutsche Forfait AG’s insolvency creditors from the insolvency proceedings concluded in 2016. The write-downs do not affect the current operations of the company and are therefore not recognized in profit/loss. The write-down has become necessary because of a court settlement agreed today regarding a block of receivables resulting from transactions with an Asian central bank.
