DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Write-down of creditor assets
Gruenwald, 3 April 2019 – DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN share: DE000A2AA204, ISIN bond: DE000A1R1CC4) has today written down the restructuring portfolio by EUR 0.5 million. The portfolio forms part of the “creditor assets”, which, according to the insolvency plan of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, serve to satisfy DF Deutsche Forfait AG’s insolvency creditors from the insolvency proceedings concluded in 2016. The write-down does not affect the current operations of the company and is therefore not recognized in profit/loss. The write-down has become necessary because of today’s commercial agreement on a settlement regarding a receivable resulting from a transaction with a Mexican debtor. The conclusion is subject to the signing of a settlement agreement.
