DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Local court confirms insolvency plan

Cologne, 29 April 2016 - At the discussion and voting meeting scheduled by
the Cologne local court for today, 29 April 2016, the creditors decided on
the insolvency plan filed by DF Deutsche Forfait AG (Prime Standard, ISIN:
DE000A14KN88) on 8 April 2016 and amended on 28 and 29 April 2016. In the
four groups defined in the insolvency plan, the creditors and shareholders
voted in favor of the approval with the required majority of creditors and
the required majority of total claims, whereupon the insolvency plan was
confirmed by the court. None of the creditors raised an objection in
writing or for the record. The Board of Management of DF Deutsche Forfait
AG therefore assumes that the confirmation by the court will become final
no later than 17 May 2016.
