On August 15, 2014, Mr Ulrich Wippermann, Germany has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on March 13, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.99%
this corresponds to 203900 Voting Rights). 2.99% of the Voting Rights
(203,900 Voting Rights) are attributable to Mr Wippermann according to
Article 22, Section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
