On June 06, 2013, Mr Jochen Franke, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 03, 2013 and on that day amounted to
2.9% (this corresponds to 197095 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.9% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 197095 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Franke via Franke Vermögensverwaltung GmbH.
