July 10, 2013 and amounts to 1.42% (96742 voting rights) on that day.

2013 pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of
the voting rights of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005488795, WKN: 548879 fell below the threshold of 5% and 3% on July
10, 2013 and amounts to 1.42% (96742 voting rights) on that day. All of the
voting rights are attributable to Capiton Value Management AG pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.

pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of the

WKN: 548879 fell below the threshold of 5% and 3% on July 10, 2013 and
amounts to 1.42% (96742 voting rights) on that day. All of the voting
