informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on
July 18, 2013 and on that day amounted to 20.51% (this corresponds to
