On August 01, 2012, Mr Ulrich Wippermann, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the
5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 27, 2012 and on that day amounted
to 4.40% (this corresponds to 299000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.40% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 299000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wippermann via Xylia 2001 Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH .
