informed us by amendment of their announcement from March 15, 2011
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005488795,
WKN: 548879, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
February 29, 2008 and on that day amounted to 3.04% (this corresponds to
206567 Voting Rights).
