DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Resignation from the Supervisory Board
Grünwald, 17 March 2020 – DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN of the share: DE000A2AA204, ISIN of the bond: DE000A1R1CC4) announces that Ms Bianca Engel has resigned as member of the Supervisory Board yesterday for personal reasons and by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board with effect from 16 April 2020.
The Supervisory Board continues to include the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Ludolf von Wartenberg, and the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Prof. Dr. Wulf-W. Lapins. Following the resignation of Ms Engel, the Supervisory Board of DF Deutsche Forfait AG now consists of only two members. The Supervisory Board therefore no longer has the number of members required for a quorum. The Executive Board and the remaining members of the Supervisory Board will immediately initiate the court appointment procedure (Section 104 AktG) to restore the quorum. The candidate for the Supervisory Board is Dr. Gerd-Rudolf Wehling.
