DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Supervisory Board Chairman resigns from office

Cologne, 27 June 2016 - DF Deutsche Forfait AG (Prime Standard ISIN:
DE000A14KN88) announces that Mr Hans-Detlef Bösel, Chairman of the
Supervisory Board of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, resigned from office for
personal reasons with immediate effect from 26 June 2016. Hans-Detlef Bösel
had served on the company's Supervisory Board since 2003 and became its
Chairman in 2004. Now composed of three members, the Supervisory Board
still has a quorum and a sufficient number of members. Further changes in
the composition of the Supervisory Board may arise in the context of the
planned entry of a new investor.

A new Chairman will be elected after the Annual General Meeting on 6 July
2016. The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of DF Deutsche
Forfait AG would like to thank Hans-Detlef Bösel very much for his long-
standing service to the company.
