DF Deutsche Forfait AG - Two new management board members appointed from
the own ranks

Cologne, 7 October 2016 - The supervisory board of DF Deutsche Forfait AG
has today appointed Ms Gabriele Krämer und Mr Christoph Charpentier as new
management board members of the company. Both new members of the board
collectively have been with the company for approximately 25 years and thus
have longstanding experience in the forfaiting business and intensive
knowledge of DF Group. Ms Krämer has been Head of Operations, Mr
Charpentier has been Head of Finance of the company. Both have joint power
of representation and were appointed for one year. The new management board
will have a mandate to ensure compliance with all the applicable US, UK,
and EU laws including but not limited to economic sanctions provisions.
