DF Deutsche Forfait AG: Auditor expresses adverse opinion on the separate
and the consolidated financial statements for the 2013 financial year

Cologne, 22.08.2014 - The Board of Management of DF Deutsche Forfait AG
(Prime Standard, ISIN: DE0005488795) was today informed by its auditors,
BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, that they express an adverse audit
opinion on the separate and the consolidated financial statements for 2013.

According to the auditors, due to the extraordinary situation in context
with ongoing listing of the DF Deutsche Forfait AG on the OFAC sanction
list, the appropriateness of the accounts under the going concern
assumption cannot be assessed. Due to the significance of this scope
limitation, an adverse opinion is expressed.

The company continues to do everything in its powers to be removed from the
OFAC sanctions list in order to regain full operative capacity as soon as
possible.

Following the issuance of the adverse audit opinion, the Supervisory Board
will decide on the further procedure for the approval and the endorsement
of the separate and the consolidated financial statements for 2013.
