DEXUS settles on the acquisition of Lakes Business Park, Botany

DEXUS Property Group (DEXUS) today announced the settlement of the $153.5 million[1] acquisition of Lakes Business Park, 2-13 Lord Street, Botany.

The transaction was previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange on 29 December 2014.
