DEXUS settles on the sale of 50 Carrington Street, Sydney
DEXUS Property Group (DEXUS) today announced the settlement of the $88 million sale of 50 Carrington Street, Sydney.
The transaction was previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange on 13 August 2014.
The sale proceeds will be used to repay debt.
