Response to ASX announcement made by Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited
DEXUS Funds Management Limited (DXFM) as Responsible Entity of DEXUS Property Group refers to the ASX announcement released by Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited (CMIL), the Responsible Entity of Commonwealth Property Office Fund (CPA) on Thursday 1 August 2013.
In correspondence to DXFM, CMIL has requested further information in relation to the collar, mentioned in DXFM’s Form 603, lodged with the ASX on 25 July 2013. DXFM believes it is under no legal obligation to disclose the terms of the collar.
DXFM believes it has complied with relevant legal requirements and adhered to its disclosure obligations.
