Response to GPT Group’s offer for CPA

DEXUS Property Group (DEXUS) refers to the ASX announcement on 19 November 2013 released by GPT Group (GPT) in relation to its offer to acquire 100% of the issued units in Commonwealth Property Office Fund (CPA).

DEXUS and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) (the Consortium[1] ) notes GPT’s conditional cash and scrip offer.

The Consortium is currently undertaking due diligence and makes no further comment at this time.
