DEXUS Property Group (ASX: DXS) Change in membership of Compliance Committee

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.12.2(b), we wish to advise a change in the membership of the DEXUS Funds Management Limited Compliance Committee.

On 31 October, 2011, Mr Brian Scullin resigned from the Committee. Ms Tonianne Dwyer has been appointed Independent Member of the Committee and Mr Andy Esteban is now both Independent Member and Chair of the Committee.
