IOF Scheme Update - ACCC approval received

DEXUS Funds Management Limited (“DXFM”), the responsible entity of DEXUS Property Group (“DEXUS”), announces that it has received notice from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) that it does not intend to conduct a public review of the proposal by DEXUS to acquire the entire issued capital of Investa Office Fund (IOF) by way of a trust scheme (“Scheme”).

This condition of the implementation of the Scheme, which was set out in the Implementation Agreement dated and released to the Australian Securities Exchange on 18 December 2015, has now been satisfied.

IOF and DEXUS are working towards the satisfaction of all remaining conditions precedent.
