Dexus Diversified Trust, Dexus Industrial Trust and Dexus Office Trust – Removal from Official List

Description

Dexus Diversified Trust, Dexus Industrial Trust and Dexus Office Trust (the ‘Trusts’) will be removed from the Official List of ASX Limited at the close of business today, Thursday, 8 July 2021, at the request of the responsible entity of the Trusts under Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the simplification whereby each stapled security of Dexus (ASX code DXS) now comprises one unit of Dexus Operations Trust stapled to one unit of Dexus Property Trust.

Dexus Property Trust and Dexus Operations Trust are unaffected by these removals and remain admitted to the Official List of ASX.
