Settlement of 45 Clarence Street, Sydney
Dexus today announced that it has settled on the sale of its 100% interest in 45 Clarence Street, Sydney. The net sale proceeds of $530 million will initially be used to repay debt.
Details relating to the transaction were previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange on 24 June 2020.
