Settlement of 32 Flinders Street, Melbourne
Dexus announces that it settled on the sale of 32 Flinders Street, Melbourne on 20 August 2018.
Details relating to the transaction were previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 8 May 2018.
Dexus has secured circa $49 million (pre-tax) of FY19 trading profits through the sale of this property.
