DEXUS Funds Management Limited is the Responsible Entity for the DEXUS Property Group.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.2(b), we wish to advise a change in the membership of the DEXUS Funds Management Limited Compliance Committee.
Mr John Conde has been appointed Independent Member of the Committee and Ms Elizabeth Alexander has resigned from the Committee. This change is effective 1 May 2009.
