Dexelance S.p.A. (DEX.MI), gruppo industriale diversificato tra i leader italiani nel design, luce e arredamento (la "Società" o il "Gruppo") - codice LEI: 8156009C6B018FE67A34, comunica di aver acquistato su Euronext Milan, nel periodo tra il 10 marzo 2025 e il 14 marzo 2025 n. 1.473 azioni ordinarie (pari allo 0,005% del capitale sociale) al prezzo unitario medio di euro 8,389 per un controvalore complessivo di euro 12.357,03.
Tali operazioni sono state realizzate nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 22 aprile 2024 e in attuazione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie avviato in data 14 maggio 2024 (già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art.144 bis del Regolamento Consob 11971/99 e dell'art. 132 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98).
Gli acquisti sono stati realizzati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato Equita SIM S.p.A. - codice LEI 815600CF5C54AA9C0721.

DISCLOSURE ON TREASURY SHARES' PURCHASE
IN THE PERIOD 10 MARCH 2025 – 14 MARCH 2025

Dexelance S.p.A. (DEX.MI), diversified industrial group among the Italian leaders in design, lighting, and furniture (the "Company" or the "Group") – LEI code: 8156009C6B018FE67A34, informs to have purchased on Euronext Milan, in the period between 10 March 2025 and 14 March 2025, no. 1,473 ordinary shares (equal to 0.005% of the share capital) at the average unit price of EUR 8.389 for a total amount equal to EUR 12,357.03.
Such transactions were carried out as part of the authorization to the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 22 April 2024, carrying out the treasury shares' purchase program started on 14 May 2024 (already object of disclosure also pursuant to art.144 bis of the CONSOB Regulation 11971/99 and to art. 132 of D.Lgs. n. 58/98).
The purchases have been carried out through the authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A. - LEI code 815600CF5C54AA9C0721.
