Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial

Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company announces that an award over 27,507 ordinary Devro 10p shares was made yesterday, 11 June 2020, under the Devro plc Performance Share Plan to the Company's recently appointed Group Human Resources Director, Anton Zawada (the "Award").  The Award replaces a portion of the awards Mr Zawada forfeited at his previous employer, in order to take up his new position at the Company.

The award was made at nil cost, is due to vest on the following dates over the number of shares specified, subject to performance conditions:-

·    12,562 shares vest on 1 August 2020;

·    10,338 shares vest on 1 August 2021; and

·    4,607 shares vest on 1 August 2022. 

The notification at the end of the announcement, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the award granted.
