We wrote to all shareholders a number of years ago to ask if they would like to receive communications, documents and information from Devro electronically and/or via our website. Although some decided to continue receiving paper documents, many shareholders decided to receive communications through our website.

Increased use of electronic communications will deliver savings to the Company in terms of administration, printing and postage costs, as well as speeding up the provision of information to shareholders. The reduced use of paper will also have environmental benefits. I would like to take this opportunity, therefore, to ask you again if you would like to receive future communications, documents and information as a shareholder electronically by means of our website. If you decide you would, then we will notify you in future by post, or if you choose, by e-mail, when annual reports, notices of meetings and other documents and information required to be made available to you, are published on our website, www.devro.com. We will cease to send to you these documents by post. If you do now decide to opt for electronic communications but change you mind at a later date, that is also possible - you would just need to let our share registrar, Computershare, know.

If you want to receive communications through www.devro.com and want a notification through the post when they are available, you don't need to do anything. Alternatively, if you want to be sent an e-mail when they are available, then follow the instructions for Option 1 opposite. If you still want to receive communications on paper, please follow the instructions for Option 2 opposite.
