Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company has today been advised by Gordon Frame, Business Director and PDMR, that he today conducted the following transactions in Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares").

1.   He exercised a nil-priced option to acquire 22,735 Shares following the vesting of share awards under the Devro 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

2.   He exercised a nil-priced option to acquire 11,490 Shares following the vesting of share awards under the Devro 2003 Performance Share Plan.

After completing these transactions, Mr Frame and his Connected Persons hold 34,225 Shares, being 0.0205% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
