Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Peter Page, Chief Executive of Devro, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £2.5175 per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Page and his Connected Persons hold 682,440 Shares representing 0.4088% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.

The Company further announces that Rutger Helbing, Group Finance Director of Devro, has also today purchased 10,000 Shares at a price of £2.5274 per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Helbing and his Connected Persons hold 10,000 Shares representing 0.006% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.

Both transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
