Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Michal Stocek, Business Director and PDMR of the Company, has advised the Company that he has today sold 70,000 Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at a price of 287.5 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange. 

Following this sale, Mr Stocek holds 122,098 Shares representing 0.073% of the issued share capital of the Company.
