Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Peter Page, Chief Executive of Devro, has today purchased 20,000 Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at a price of 247.32 pence per Share.

Following this purchase, the interest of Mr Page and his Connected Persons in Shares has increased to 662,440, being 0.397% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.

The Company further announces that Paul Withers, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company has also today purchased 20,000 Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at a price of 247.717 pence per Share.

Following this purchase, the interest of Mr Withers and his Connected Persons in Shares has increased to 90,000, being 0.054% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
