Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that it was notified today, 31 December 2013 by Mr GJ Hoetmer, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, that he had acquired an interest in 10,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") following his purchase in Ursem (in the Netherlands) of 9,097 Shares on 27 December at a price of £2.835 per Share and of 903 Shares on 30 December 2013 at a price of £2.856 per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Hoetmer has a total interest in 10,000 Shares representing 0.0060% of the issued share capital of the Company.
