Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that it was notified on 9 August 2013 by Ms J A Lodge, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, that she had acquired an interest in 15,500 ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") following the purchase of those Shares in the UK on 8 August 2013 by Standard Life for investment in Ms Lodge's Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of £3.226p per Share.

Following this transaction, Ms Lodge has a total interest in 17,500 Shares representing 0.0105% of the issued share capital of the Company.
