Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Ms J A Lodge, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, has acquired an interest in 2,000 Devro plc ordinary shares ("Shares") following the purchase of those shares on 28 February 2013 by her husband, Mr A J Borton at a price of 357.29p per share.

Ms J A Lodge now has an interest in 2,000 Shares representing 0.0012% of the issued share capital of the Company.
