Directorate Appointment

Devro, one of the world's leading manufacturers of collagen products for the food industry, announces the appointment of Jeremy Burks as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 May 2020. Jeremy will also become a member of the Audit Committee, the Executive Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee from that date.

Jeremy is Executive Vice President at Roquette Group, a privately-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a pioneer of new vegetal proteins. He has headed their global commercial function for the last five years and has also driven a global strategic, operational and organisational change programme across the business. Prior to this he spent more than 20 years with Dow Corning in a variety of global business and commercial leadership roles during which time he spent 10 years in Asia establishing and growing specialty businesses in the region.

Nothing in connection with Jeremy's appointment falls to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13.
